Edge Prep
FTT utilizes computer numerically controlled (CNC) diamond-impregnated edge prep wheels to provide fast, consistent edge prep to correct microscopic defects in tools.

Tool Reverse Engineering

Using precision laser and camera technology, FTT can reverse engineer an existing tool not accompanied by a controled document to duplicate both the physical and material characteristics utilized during original manufacturing.
