Edge Prep
FTT utilizes computer numerically controlled (CNC) diamond-impregnated edge prep wheels to provide fast, consistent edge prep to correct microscopic defects in tools.

CNC Controlled Inspection Equipment

FTT's computer numerically controlled inspection equipment eliminates the subjective optical comparitor techniques of the past. CNC, inspections are accurate to within 2 microns, and eliminate the opportunity for human error, resulting in a consistent inspection process. FTT can also generate individual inspection sheets with this process.
