Edge Prep
FTT utilizes computer numerically controlled (CNC) diamond-impregnated edge prep wheels to provide fast, consistent edge prep to correct microscopic defects in tools.
CNC Controlled Edge Prep
FTT utilizes CNC Edge Prep equipment fitted with diamond-impregnated brushes to provide fast, consistent edge preparation to extend tool life. Just one of the many steps FTT incorporates into our overall precision processes to deliver superior tools.
